My Story
I was leading others before I ever learned to lead myself.
I spent over twelve years in corporate leadership managing teams, driving operations, and getting results. By every external measure, I was succeeding. But the whole time, I was quietly wishing someone would invest in me the way I invested in my teams. That person never showed up.
That realization changed everything. I left corporate, built The Level Up Club, and made it my mission to give others what I never had — real tools, honest accountability, and a system that actually works.
How I Live It
I am the CEO of my own life and I run it like one.
I do not just coach systems, I live by them. I call myself the CEO of my life because that is exactly what I am. I run my days, my growth, and my business with the same rigor I brought to corporate operations: with clarity, with structure, and with intention.
That conviction is behind everything I build: every book, every coaching session, every framework. I am not here to inspire you. I am here to help you execute.
My Philosophy

I built my career on three principles that I brought from the operations world into leadership development and they work just as powerfully for people as they do for systems.

Most people consume information and call it progress. Real growth only happens when you apply what you know. Everything I teach is designed to be executed, not admired.
Direction before motion.
Busy is not the same as productive. Before you move fast, you need to know where you are going and why. Strategy is not a luxury, it is the difference between effort and progress.
The goal is not perfection. It is better.
Kaizen taught me that small, consistent improvements compound into transformation. The leader who commits to 1% better every day will outperform the one waiting for the perfect moment every time.
